Beyond Sunset and Sea

Beyond Sunset and Sea

Sitting on the Shore
Looking at the Sea
Whenever I saw the sun
At the orange horizon
A thought always hit me

Was this the dark end
at the dusk, or
On the other side
the dawn had already broken

Standing at the end of the world
On the edge, I feel alive
no land, no sky I see
Eternity stretching forever
Beyond the Sunset and Sea

  5. Its almost as if you have penned down my thoughts when I am standing at the beach with my feet in the water. Capturing that serenity, the peace, the calm. Beautiful! Deep!

  21. I've felt the same way at times, Karan.. lovely short and sweet poetry indeed. I think the color code was meant to match, but black on grey wasn't that endearing to my eye :)

All the very best for BAT :)
